Ideasicle X Use Case #4: Or You Can Just Have Us Do It
Back by popular demand, the original Ideasicle! That is, some companies don’t always want to deal with the process of recruiting freelancers, posting briefing materials, and monitoring their jobs using Ideasicle X. They just want someone else to do it and bring them a bunch of great ideas. So we are bringing back the original Ideasicle model for these clients only now using the new platform. We’re calling this “new” service proXy.
Everything old is new again
Let me back up. You may not know this but the original Ideasicle handled everything for our clients. I had all my go-to freelancers already recruited in a pool of about 30. When we got an assignment, I’d meet with the client to understand the assignment fully, compose the creative brief/video, recruit a team of four freelancers from my pool, monitor the ideas to make sure they were on strategy, post my own ideas (I can’t help myself), and then when we’ve got 40-50 ideas select my favorite 10-12 ideas to write up in a presentation.
The presentation wasn’t terribly fancy—a title, a description of the idea, business rationale, and an image that captured the vibe of the idea—but it was powerful.
Our new service called proXy will replicate this “old” service and make it new again using the new platform.
Here’s how it works
When you need ideas and need them quickly go to our proXy page, where there’s an order form. Fill that out with the basics and then a representative from Ideasicle X will reach out to you to start the process.
Specifically, with a proXy project we will:
get a briefing from you on the assignment and then prepare a creative brief/video to inspire the team
recruit and recommend a team of 4 freelancers or you can tell us who you’d like to use and/or use your own employees
manage the idea generation and make sure the team stays on strategy
review all ideas and select at least 10 favorites for presentation to you
prepare presentation and present the ideas over Zoom and follow up with PDF leave behind
all ideas we present become 100% your property once presented.
We can do one or two rounds of ideas including at least 10 ideas within each. We find getting feedback on the first round of ideas can be invaluable in the second round.
Fees:
1 ROUND: $10,000
2 ROUNDS: $15,000 (must commit to 2 rounds up front for this bundled price)
Timing:
5-7 days per round
With us as your proxy, you get convenience and ideas. And large doses of the “old” Ideasicle.
