WHAT TO EXPECT (get ready, it’s fast):

1. Brief: we will get a briefing from you on the assignment and then prepare a creative brief/video to inspire the team

2. Recruit: we will recruit and recommend a team of 4 freelancers or you can tell us who you’d like to use and/or use your own favorite freelancers or employees. Note: we handle all W9s and 1099s.

3. Generate: our team of 4 creative people will work together as a team posting ideas, building on each other’s ideas, and riffing new ones.

4. Monitor: an experienced Idea Director (usually our CEO, Will Burns) will manage the idea generation and make sure the team stays on strategy.

5. Curate: we will review all ideas (sometimes as many as 40-50) and select at least 10 favorites for presentation to you.

6. Present: we will prepare a presentation and share 10+ big ideas in person or over Zoom and follow up with PDF leave behind

One round of ideas takes one week (less if necessary). All ideas we present become 100% your property once presented.

We can do one or two rounds of ideas including at least 10 ideas within each. We find getting feedback on the first round of ideas can be invaluable in the second round.

Note: manifestos for brand ideas or scripts for video concepts are an additional $5,000 per project.
