1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Ideasicle X LLC ("Ideasicle X," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with IX Concierge, our full-service creative ideation offering.

Important note on scope: IX Concierge clients do not create an account, log in, or access any Ideasicle X software. Your creative brief is run by our internal team and a hand-picked group of Ideasicle Experts using our own internal tools — you do not use or generate data within that system yourself. This is different from IX App or IX Spark, our self-serve products, which are not covered by this policy. As a result, the personal information we hold about an IX Concierge client is limited to what you or your team give us directly to schedule and run your engagement, plus ordinary website-visitor data if you browse ideasiclex.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• Contact and inquiry information — name, email address, phone number, and company name, submitted through our contact form or a demo request when you inquire about IX Concierge.
• Project and brief information — the creative brief, business and brand background, product information, feedback, and approvals you or your team send us (by email, call, or shared documents) so we can staff and run your project.
• Billing information — the information needed to invoice you and process payment for your engagement. • Communications — records of emails, calls, or messages exchanged with us while scoping, running, and delivering your project.

Information collected automatically:

• Website visitor data — if you browse ideasiclex.com (for example, to read about IX Concierge or submit a contact form), we may collect ordinary visitor data such as pages viewed, browser type, IP address, and approximate location, via cookies and server logs. This applies to any visitor to our marketing site and is not specific to being an IX Concierge client, and does not involve any account or login.

We do not collect information about you through any client-facing app, dashboard, or account, because IX Concierge does not involve one.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule IX Concierge demos or kickoff calls.
• Staff, run, and deliver your IX Concierge project, including briefing the Ideasicle Experts assigned to your team.
• Invoice you and process payment for your engagement.
• Communicate with you about your project's status and deliverables.
• Maintain and improve our website.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use your project or brief information for any purpose beyond delivering your engagement, and we do not sell it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Ideasicle Experts staffed on your project, who receive the brief and business information necessary to do the work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Service providers who support our operations, such as a payment/invoicing provider and our website hosting provider, who may only use your information to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ideasicle X, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Ideasicle X is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and inquiry information until you ask us to delete it or it becomes stale. Project brief materials and billing records tied to an IX Concierge engagement are retained for 7 years for financial record keeping to meet accounting, tax, and contractual record keeping needs.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal or contractual exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA) — request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and shared, and request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
• EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR) — where applicable, rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (running your IX Concierge engagement) and legitimate interests (responding to inquiries).

7. Children's Privacy

IX Concierge is intended for businesses and individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the project, contact, and billing information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Clients

If you engage IX Concierge from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By engaging our services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date, and for material changes will provide additional notice where required by law.
