We just completed our first project using the Ideasicle X platform, and the experience was even better than I had hoped. I am the General Sales Manager for The Red Sox Radio Network, Audacy, and we were stuck trying to come up with a big idea for a well known restaurant chain; specifically one that integrated their brand/values with the play-by-play broadcast. The idea needed to blow their hair back! I hoped Ideasicle X could help bring in some fresh thinking from internal and external partners, as well as increase the level of collaboration from all stakeholders. We used three internal people and one freelancer, and the results were dynamic.

Tactically, Ideasicle X solved a lot of problems for us. WIth people working remotely, the platform brought a level of organization and structure to our process that couldn't be replicated over emails and shared documents. It also eliminated the need for manufactured "check in meetings" and made the ideation process feel alive and flowing - creative momentum is real!

Strategically, Ideasicle X delivered better results than our normal disjointed process. All the content your founder, Will Burns, has written about creativity arriving when you're not trying to be creative rang true. I'd find myself inspired by a thought at the strangest times - driving, running, maybe even having a beverage - and the ease of the platform made it simple to capture and share the idea in real time. 

The collaborative "build" on ideas was fun to watch. A nugget by one person would turn into a bigger idea and then bigger yet again. I have to be honest, it's great to arrive at a great idea, but the imagination and collaboration that the Ideasicle X platform enabled made the process more rewarding than the final output. Our meeting with the prospect was a success.
